Fratton station is at the top of our road. The train will stop there first (best to be in the first half of the train). The map will give location. Up centre staircase, turn left. At exit turn left and head up to the crossing situated on the railway bridge. Cross here and head Left past a roundabout. Cross the dual carriageway to large white building "Priory Tennis" turn right and walk 20 yards next to dual carriageway to a second roundabout and Victoria Road North first left. Follow the road (Victoria Road North), cross at crossing, go past Hamilton House for about 400 yards to us at VICTORIA COURT after the double bend . About 10 minutes. Taxis are available at the entrance.
