	Shopping within 10 minutes walk, and includes big department stores such as John Lewis, Debenhams, and Allders. Minor shops on the door step.
	The new much heralded Gunwharf shopping complex has just opened and is only 20 minutes walk.
	Eating places, so many to choose from and not expensive about 3 minutes walk.
	Ideal for South Coast touring and easy access to London (80 minutes)
	In fact we are so central nearly every thing is in walking distance. We have visitors who originally come for a day and then stay a week and found they haven't needed to use their car in all that time.
